Conference of Parties (COP)
The "Earth Summit" was held in Rio 3-14 June 1992. 179 countries attended plus Non Governmental Organisations (NGO's) , scientists etc. They came up with idea of sustainable goals and setting an Agenda (Agenda 21 at first, now Agenda 2030) which was a vision for the future of the World in relation to the environment and socio-economic development.

UN IPCC (United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)
IPCC is a scientific group assembled by the UN to monitor & assess climate change. It suggests that human activity since about 1750 (industrial revolution) has caused carbon dioxide pollution to such an extent that it will dangerously warm the planet. If the warming goes above 2degrees then it will dangerously intensify storms, droughts , floods and heatwaves.

Paris 2015- the COP21 meeting.
After the Rio Earth Summit, , at the COP21 meeting in Paris, there was a legally binding international treaty with an
"overarching goal is to hold “the increase in the global average temperature to well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels” and pursue efforts “to limit the temperature increase to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.”
We have the 17 sustainable development goals which encompass DEI (Diversity , Equity, Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental , Social, Governance), and it is towards these goals that those who wield power are taking us.
Who are the people who wield power?
United Nations The UN sets 17 sweet sounding goals that are difficult to disagree with . But the goals are being used as a vehicle to radically and completely change human society. For example Goal 3 (health): The UN (WHO) declared the pandemic in March 2020 which locked us all down, and they are now seeking more powers (pandemic treaty) Also Goal 13 (climate) means that everyone can be a refugee and so National identity, national boundaries and the idea of actually being a country , is broken down and is one reason that contributes towards uncontrolled mass migration across the world.
Governments (All Western Governments especially the Five Eyes Countries , USA Democrats administration, and the EU, and the OECD). They put Legislation in place in their jurisdiction for climate, health , currency etc.
Foundations - especially Ford , and importantly -Rockefeller, and Carnegie and newer Foundations such as Bill & Melinda Gates. Provide funding to a multitude of Charitable and NGO's who work in accordance with DEI & ESG towards the 17 Goals.
Large investment banks / funds - eg Blackrock, Vanguard, JP Morgan give preference to funding things which accord with DEI & ESG towards the 17 sustainable goals.
IMF & Central banks - especially USA Federal Reserve, ECB (European Central Bank) , BoE (Bank of England). They have all Printed money which has caused inflation and destabilised fiat currency across the world . They are all preparing CBDC's . Countries like Nigera and Sri lanka and cyprus have been testing grounds for central banks.
Media & big tech - Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, Google, Twitter (x), and also the Trusted News Network lead by the BBC . These all help to promote the same message at the same time across the world and "fact check" anyone who disagrees. In the UK they are aided by the military - British Army 77 Brigade.
Corporations - Big Pharmacutical companies fund the policing of themselves
Military industrial complex - Global weapons manufacturers need conflict so as to maintain demand for weapons.
